First, I had a recruiter call over the phone. The second interview was a video call with the team from another country, and it was in English. Everyone was really nice and clear. You could tell they took the time to understand my work and were genuinely interested in it.
- What aspects of design ignite your passion?

The interview process took place in two stages. In between these stages, I was asked to complete a trial test where I had to design a piece. The entire time spent at the agency for both the interview and the test was quite long, around 4 hours. However, the interviewing team seemed genuinely interested in how I would fit into the company, and based on my own judgment, they made fair offers.
