Behavioral

The first round was a 20-minute Zoom interview. The interviewer was really nice and it felt like a typical behavioral interview. It was a pretty quick chat. They skipped the "tell me about yourself" part and went straight into the questions. The person interviewing me was friendly and easy to talk to, but got more serious once the interview started.

Behavioral Presentation

The application was submitted through the school's system. I had to submit two writing samples and a cover letter. About two weeks after the application deadline, I had a face-to-face interview. They seemed to like my resume's colorful design and the picture on it. My low GPA wasn't an issue for them. The interview included standard behavioral questions like 'Tell me about a time you had to reconcile two opposing viewpoints.' I thought I was doing well, but then I was asked to be more specific with examples. I made a mistake by saying something negative about the company, and the interviewer became hostile. The whole situation was unprofessional and embarrassing.

Behavioral Other

First, there's the application where you answer two essay questions and submit your resume and cover letter. Then, you'll have a phone or on-campus interview that's about 30 minutes and is behavioral. After that, you'll come to Ogilvy & Mather NYC for an Intensive Interview Day with lots of different exercises to see if you're a good fit for the culture. They usually give out offers about a week after that.
