Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Offensive Security.
Marketing
This was a long process with 5 rounds, but it was one of the best recruitment experiences I’ve had. The communication was excellent and very helpful, keeping me informed along the way.
- Can you share your experience?
Marketing
The interview process was quick and well-organized, with no problems. I recommend them. Everything was straightforward. I met with the hiring manager and then the CMO.
- What are your methods for staying current with marketing trends
Marketing
The process moved quickly with interviews being set up fast. During the screening interview, I shared my salary, bonus structure, and 401K matching info. The interviewer mentioned my salary was outside their given range and that they don't offer a 401K match or bonuses. I was surprised by this. She said she'd inform the team, but I wasn't told beforehand that their maximum salary was 20% less than my current salary, even before accounting for my bonus and 401K match.
