There were three main rounds after the initial recruiter chat. First, a one-hour meeting with the hiring manager covering technical stuff and soft skills. Then, a deep dive into technical questions with an architect and tech lead, focusing on performance, advanced C#, .NET features, design patterns, and DI container lifetimes. Lastly, a final chat with the engineering director about behavioral and cultural fit. It was interesting because there were no whiteboarding or coding exercises, which I liked.

It was a pleasant process as far as interviews go. The first round was a recruiter phone screening, the second round was with a hiring manager, and the third round was with two senior leaders. Questions applied to the position I applied to and so I was able to comfortably answer all of them. All rounds were virtual. My third round interview was on a Friday, and I was offered the position the following Monday.

The interview process involved three rounds. The first two rounds were 30-minute Technical Discussions, conducted via Microsoft Teams. The final round was an HR discussion, also via Teams. The technical team was professional and direct. Overall, it was a decent experience.

It was a pretty straightforward three-step interview process, not too heavy on technical stuff. Mostly focused on my overall experience and behavioral questions. They also did a tech review of the last product I was involved with. I got the offer letter on a Friday and had to decide within 48 hours.
