It was a three round process. I had one phone call and two Skype interviews. The first one was just to check for personality. The second one was with the same person as last time, but they gave me more info about the position and asked harder questions. The third round was with the regional director, who asked somewhat similar questions, a little harder though, and then we did a run through of a mock sales pitch.

I sent in my resume and got contacted a couple weeks later by a Senior Account Executive for a call that was kind of half interview, half informational. She talked a lot, explaining the job more and asked some basic stuff about me. She said she'd let me know about next steps. It was about 20-25 minutes. Then, early the next week, she called to set up a Google Hangout video call for a few days later. This was with a different Account Executive and felt like the first real interview, lasting 30-45 minutes. It was mostly behavioral, like how I'd handle a client wanting to leave. The week after, I got an email saying they needed someone with client management experience, which I didn't have as a recent grad. It made me wonder why they interviewed me further if that was a key requirement, but the process was okay.

I did a phone call first where they told me about the company and my role. Then about a week later, I had a Skype interview. They asked me some basic questions and then had me do a roleplay where I had to pitch advertising to a 'local business owner'. I got hired 3 days after that.
