Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was efficient and well-organized, involving six interviews spread across two days, including meetings with HR and team leaders. The company places a strong emphasis on culture, which was evident from the start. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Although there were challenging questions, the impression was that they were more interested in my approach to them or my willingness to admit if I didn't know. It was my most pleasant interview experience. A case study is required but is quite manageable, and there were many competency-based questions to gauge cultural alignment. The HR team was particularly friendly and helpful.

Behavioral Technical

The process started with a recruiter reaching out, leading to a 45-minute chat about my career, background, and skills. Next, I had a 60-minute screening interview with HR at Octopus, which was quite relaxed and not too intense. The second interview was also 60 minutes, with the head of the team. He was pleasant, though sometimes seemed a bit distant. I got the impression they might be concerned about their rapid growth impacting company culture, but they seemed aware of it.
