The process was enjoyable, and the interviewers were great. It wasn't overly difficult, but there were a few rounds of interviews conducted over Zoom. There was no online assessment or anything similar. a a a a a. a a

OCLC saw my CV and a short intro, and then I was invited to the office in Leiden for an interview of potentially up to an hour. Mostly usual questions were asked about my previous (technical) tasks and specialisms by two people from HR and management. They also gave a good explanation of what OCLC does in terms of development and international connections. Specifically, I didn't immediately get a (technical) assessment or anything like that.
