The interview itself was straight forward, with only 10 questions and they weren't too difficult. I was made to feel comfortable. Both Interviewers were also polite and considerate. The experience of the interview itself was positive. However, I never heard back from the company, despite contacting them on 3 occasions. Was told the first time that they were still interviewing candidates, but also saw the advert go back up online 3 times over the next 3 weeks from when I was interviewed. Contacted them another 2 times just for confirmation I was unsuccessful and still no response. Very disappointing from a large organisation such as this.

So the first step was a phone interview. Then, I had an in-person meeting where I had to give a presentation on my 100-day plan. They gave me five days to get ready for it. It was all very professional. They asked a mix of technical and management questions and used a scoring rubric.

I had face-to-face interviews. First with the site manager, then I was called back for another interview with the group manager. The interviews were technical and also about the business in general. I also got to ask the interviewers questions, and I felt that was important too.
