Behavioral Group

The first interview was with one person who picked the initial group. Those who passed that round then did a round robin with business unit managers. Those managers then ranked everyone and the top ones were offered jobs. Out of 10 people who passed the first round, 4 were offered jobs and 2 accepted. They didn't ask normal interview questions, it was more like a chat to see who I was.
