The interview process was great, the people were fantastic to speak to -- friendly, easy to talk to, and made it not too intimidating. It started with a recruiter screening, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a panel interview with the hiring manager and another manager. The questions focused on my experience, behavioral aspects, and how I'd approach problems.

The interview process was east and smooth. The conversation and questions were reasonable and respectful. I would advise anyone interested to come prepared with an extra cover letter and/or resume. It is better to come a little earlier and look around.

Got a call in the early afternoon and managed to schedule an interview for the same day. Upon arrival at the recruiting center, I met with a recruiter who then brought in the Store Manager for a one-on-one chat. We discussed past experiences and how I've handled various situations. They also asked if I had any criminal convictions or arrests, to which I answered no. Afterward, I was referred to the District Manager, who mentioned a corporate recruiter would reach out to set up another interview with him. Update*** Still no word after 3 weeks. Seems like they don't value long-term commitment, experience, or dedication from a top performer. Didn't even get a courtesy email.
