I applied online through my university's MBA job listings. My process consisted of a screener interview with HR (resume walkthrough, behavioral) then a phone interview with the brand manager. The phone interview was primarily behavioral and had a short market sizing case. I took three weeks before I heard that I wouldn't progress to the next round.

First there was a Video Interview, kinda like an HR phone screen. They sent a link, and I had a few days to complete the 10-minute video on my own time. It had about 6-8 standard questions. Then, I had a call with the hiring Manager.
