It was a pretty relaxed interview, though a bit disorganized at times. We had a scheduled online interview, but only one of the three panelists showed up for about half the time. They asked standard engineering questions along with behavioral questions using the STAR method.

I only had one round of interviews, where I spoke with two people who were both IT Directors or managers. They created a really welcoming atmosphere where I felt comfortable being myself. The whole interview experience was very positive, and they were really reassuring and positive throughout. But, I didn't get any further interviews or an offer, and they never even sent a rejection email. I tried following up, but got no response.

I gave my resume to someone at a career fair held by a student organization. I also went to an info session at my university. I talked to some professionals there. I applied for the job on my university's career website and also on the company's website. I had an interview on campus. The people were nice, but I didn't really like how the interview was set up. I asked for business cards, but they said only the recruiter could be contacted. I found out if I got the job via email almost a month later.
