I interviewed at my university during fall recruiting; a few weeks later they flew candidates to houston for a second round of interviews and a tour of a plant. The interview at university was relaxed and informative for me, as well. They like friendly personalities and people who are willing to travel, as well as people who want to work in a plant setting.
