So, they'll ask some operational questions, and some HR ones too. There will be two panel interviews. They'll want to know how you'd lock out a pump and then describe how you'd do it.

The interview process was a great experience. It was my first big interview for a major chemical company. It was a 2 interview process with a 5 panel employees for Oxy on both interviews! They ask all about my previous experience and they tested me of what all I know about the process and what it does! If you do not know the process it will be a very hard Interview!

I applied on the website and then got an email to come in for a pre-employment test. The test had three parts: reading comprehension, math, and an 'about you' section. It was timed, but you had enough time for each section. About two weeks later, I heard back and they said I passed the test, but I didn't get an interview.
