It was kinda hard to describe the interview process. The people I spoke with were nice, but they're also really aggressive with workload. I heard from someone who works there that they used to be the main vendor for TikTok, but now everyone has to do BD stuff, and it's interesting because they don't get much training.

I applied to this role through handshake when I was a senior in college. A Human Resources Recruiter from OCBang reached out and invited me to a video screen. During the screen, she asked about my experience, and when I didn't have prior recruiting experience, she laughed condescendingly and stared at me as if I was wasting her time. She ended the video call very quickly. This gave me a very bad impression, and I would not apply again or recommend OCBang. They should screen candidates better, not look at them with disgust, and sound more interested. It's their job to engage with candidates.
