I went through a really long interview process that took two months. It involved six meetings in total. After all that, they told me they couldn't give me a final decision because of a cluster reorganisation. They initially said they'd get back to me in a week with positive feedback, but it took them over two weeks and then they said they couldn't hire me. The crazy part is they then asked if I could wait another month because things might change. Throughout these six meetings, I was asked the same questions repeatedly, and I couldn't get clear answers to my own questions. The interviewers didn't even remember my name and seemed to be in unprofessional environments, with one mentioning a child jumping on a bed. They also had a 'value assessment' where they asked behavioural questions to see if I'd fit their 'family' culture, using their value 'we are in this together' as a reference.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First off, you'll have a brief phone chat to see if you're a good culture fit and know your stuff related to the job. If that goes well, they'll invite you for a full day on-site. This day includes four separate 1-hour interviews: one focusing on behavior, one technical, one presentation, and a final one with the Head of the Department. While these chats are pretty laid-back, they're still challenging. The interviewers want to make sure you don't feel pressured, so feel free to pause and think things through. It's super important to talk through your problem-solving process out loud. You'll probably grab lunch with some future teammates, which is a great chance to make a good impression, but also to figure out if it's the right place for you.

Presentation Case Behavioral

It was a 3 stage process. I first interviewed with the recruiter, then a senior PM, and the final stage was a presentation with the head of product and a senior PM. The recruiter was helpful and gave info on the stages, but it was hard to prepare since the site wasn't accessible to non-customers and I should have had a test account. The last interview had a task to improve the Ocado site and then business strategy questions. No feedback was given.
