The pay is really low. 30 dollars an hour for more than 5 years of automation experience. Your better of going somewhere else. I don't get why all these companies would low ball automation tech.

We had three interviews. The first one was informal with the team lead, mainly to go over my CV, past experience, and check my understanding of the role and company. The second interview was with the team lead and a senior lead from another department. This one was competency-based, focusing on my existing experience and how I'd handle potential role situations. The final interview was with the division manager and team lead, which was again mostly a casual chat, but did include a few competency questions.
