I applied online and then got an email from a recruiter. I sent a picture of my driving license and DBS check results, filled out an online form for my availability, had a site tour and an in-person interview which was about 5-10 minutes long. The whole process took about 3 weeks. The first two days were training in class, which was easy.

It was super fast and easy, they wanted to know about any driving experience you might have. They also asked why you'd want to work for Ocado and how you found out about the job. It was very direct and the people were really nice.

The interview was okay, I thought I did well and they gave me high hopes. They said I'd hear back in 7 days, so after 8 days I called them and they said it would take 15 working days. About 20 minutes later, I got an email saying I was unsuccessful and wishing me luck finding work. It felt like a waste of my time and got my hopes up for nothing.
