Case Behavioral
After being shortlisted, candidates got a case prep webinar and an Associate Buddy to ask questions about the firm, role, and interview process. The first round had two 30-min online case interviews with different interviewers. The cases were standard and manageable with prep. No formal behavioral questions, but 'Tell me about yourself' type questions were icebreakers, still good to prep for. The second round was in person with two partners, similar format with two case interviews, but slightly harder cases. Rounds differed mainly in interviewer seniority and case difficulty. After getting an offer, new buddies were assigned for more questions, and a celebration event and personal lunch were organized to learn about the firm. The post-offer stage was supportive and gave good insights.

Technical Behavioral Case
It was an online interview, no person involved, but a math test and a 3 question interview. The math test was SAT style and took 20 minutes. The interview had 3 questions: one personal, one about the company, and one practice case. You had to answer each question in 2 minutes and record yourself. You only had 2 attempts for each.

Initial selection came a month after submitting HV, but turnaround was quick from there. 1. HV with two motivation questions and two short case questions. Numerical assessment (quite standard if I remember right) 2. First round one icebreaker -> cases 3. Second round some motivation and CV questions -> cases Cases were less rigid than typical examples you might find online (i.e. more conversational). Enjoyable process, gave a good feeling about starting at the company!
