The first part of the process was two 30-minute back-to-back case interviews. They both included a market sizing bit and were pretty simple. Just remember to add what happens next with the fake company after your case interview. The next part was two 45-minute case interviews with partners. These chats were more chill and conversational but still tough because you had to structure the case study. The first round interviews were led by the interviewer, but the second round was led by the interviewee.

After submitting your CV and cover letter, you'll go through online assessments which include bot-led numerical and language tests. You'll need to repeat a version of the numerical test before moving on. The first actual interview is with a senior consultant for about 30 minutes, discussing your CV and cover letter – it's pretty standard. This is then followed by a case study interview featuring two cases, which is quite in-depth and benefits from prior practice. If you get through that, you'll have a longer interview with a partner.
