Behavioral Other

The hiring manager reached out via an impersonal email from a 'talent team' address. There's a lack of responsiveness to candidate questions about the interview process or assessments, requiring multiple follow-ups for answers. The process involves over 4 interview rounds for a role that is almost entry-level, which feels excessive and time-consuming.

Behavioral Presentation

The entire process was very transparent and much appreciated. I was in constant contact with Brad, the People and Culture Co-ordinator, who provided regular updates throughout. The team I interviewed with was friendly and open, fitting Oatly's vibe. The interviews felt like a mutual exchange, where I could ask plenty of questions to ensure the role and company were a good fit for me. Each session was comfortable. Kudos to the team for making what's usually a stressful and uncomfortable process as smooth as possible.
