I had one in-person interview. They asked me behavioral questions about how I learned from past self-starting experiences and if I was a good fit for the company culture. The questions were reasonable and the hiring process was straightforward.

I applied online and got a call pretty quick to set up an interview. The first interview was with an Assistant Manager. They asked about my connection to Oakley and my experience with their products, wanting to see if I was really into the brand and culture. Then came a bunch of behavioral and situational questions, pretty much like the STAR method. I heard back in a few days from the Store Manager for a second interview. It was kind of a repeat of the first one, but more chill and conversational. The Store Manager talked about working at Oakley and the perks. I got offered the job right then, but it needed a background check, which they confirmed by email. After that cleared, the Store Manager called me with the official offer and my start date.

The interview process was very casual. They mainly asked about my availability and my reasons for wanting to work there. I think it's important to note their very relaxed dress code, as I felt a bit overdressed in a polo and jeans.
