It was a 20-minute chat about my fit and motivation. We talked about why I'm into credit, why I picked this company and finance overall, and what my latest experience was like. It felt pretty chill and friendly.

It's a really quick process. You'll get an email with some "inspirations," which are basically the questions they want to ask. Then, you'll have a 15-minute phone call with the interviewer. Just keep your answers brief.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process started with questions about credit swaps and coupons. The interviewer became very rude when I mentioned I'm from a non-western country and went to high school there. They took calls and answered messages during the interview and didn't seem to care, even though I got the technical questions right. I was told my next interviews were 'rescheduled,' which basically meant I was rejected. A friend of mine was commented on for her eating habits. While I encourage taking an entry-level role if offered, the company culture seems negative with limited growth, based on Glassdoor reviews. It's a good CV booster for asset management careers though.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you explain what a credit swap is? Also, what is a coupon?
  • Can you define a coupon?
