Applied online. About a week later, got a call for an in-person interview at the store with the store manager. This interview included questions about my knowledge of cars and tools, like 'What is a CVT transmission?' and 'What is plastigauge?'. I only missed one question. The manager thought I did well and said he'd connect me with the district manager for another interview. He mentioned I could call him back if I didn't hear within a week. The district manager didn't call, so I gave the store manager a ring back. Within an hour, the district manager called and set up a second in-person interview. This one had typical interview questions like 'Why do you want to work here?' and 'Where do you see yourself in 5 years?'. I got a job offer the next day.
