This place is a joke to work at. I was told I'd make 14.00 an hour, but then it dropped to 12.00. The bosses were power-tripping, getting in people's faces, talking down to employees, and making gross comments about younger girls. It was a mess.

Dress code was casual jeans and a shirt. They did a background check and asked some basic questions. Talking about an automotive hobby or a memory of working on a vehicle is a good idea. Be truthful about your availability.

Behavioral Case

I got called and they asked me to come in right away for an interview. When I got there, I interviewed with the store manager. He asked me a bunch of questions about my past customer service experience and some possible scenarios and how I would respond. It was about 15 minutes total and they said they'd be in touch, which they were the next day to offer me the job. Now I'm just waiting on the background check to finalize things.
