After they looked at my application and I did a quick online test, I had an in person interview with management. We talked about my qualifications, what the job generally involves, and my available schedule. You could tell it's a really busy place.

You'll start with some vehicle maintenance questions, then a timed test on deciphering part numbers. After that, you'll meet the team and do a store walkaround. The interview is with a store manager, who might be from another store in your district. Honestly, at this place, it's less about your experience or knowledge and more about whether the store management

I filled out an in-store application and heard back from the store manager about a week later to schedule an in-person interview for the next week. When I got to the store, about 10 minutes before the interview, the store manager greeted me and asked me to go to the back warehouse area where they had a desk set up. There, the manager asked me a bunch of questions about my past jobs and if I knew much about cars, parts, and service. Then, I met the 'commercial manager,' who I'd be working with, and he asked some of the same questions. After about ten minutes, the store manager came back, set up my drug screening, and had me start on the hiring paperwork.
