First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at O-I Glass.
Intern
It's divided into two stages. The first is a group activity, with a general debate (online). The second is in person, with the managers. The conversation is more focused on the students' journey, and general questions are asked.
- Why do you see yourself working here?
Intern
The interviews were not very objective, with several stages involving different departments that seemed to be the same. I also noticed a lot of disorganization in the overall selection process. I think it was a waste of time.
- What is your knowledge of Excel?
Intern
The interview process was fast and smooth. It started with a call from a recruiting agency, followed by an in-person meeting at the company with the recruiter and the department manager. It was a quick process, everyone was super nice, and I ended up getting an offer and accepting the job.
- What's your motivation for wanting to join this company?
- Can you describe your experience?
- How would you rate your English proficiency?
