Behavioral Other

I went through a three-step hiring process. First, I had an interview with an HR person to discuss the position and my background. Then, I had another interview with a European HR person to get more details about the role. Finally, I visited the plant and interviewed with the plant HR and the Factory Manager.

Behavioral Case Technical

We had our first interview which was about an hour long, conducted on campus by an HR person and an engineer who asked behavioral questions. The second interview was two days long and took place in Perrysburg, OH. Day one involved a trip to a plant in Lapel, IN, which was a long bus ride (3.5 hours from Perrysburg). Day two featured a case study where we worked in teams to brainstorm ways to improve cullet availability, followed by four one-on-one interviews, and tours of the R&D and quality labs.
