First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at O'Connor Marketing.
Sales Representative
It started with a quick phone interview, then a one-on-one the next day. That was the second stage. I found out later there are three stages in total. I didn't go for the third stage because it seemed like a setup. The face-to-face interview was pretty basic, mostly just filling out forms and answering some personality questions. I did some digging and found out the third stage is a full day field trip doing door-to-door sales. I had no clue it was a door-to-door job; I thought it was call centre sales and never got told what the actual role involved throughout the whole process.

Sales Representative
I put in my application online via seek.com and heard back within 2 days via email. The first round interview was scheduled for the next day. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to, she gave me a clear and efficient overview of the company and was happy to answer any questions I had. She was very calm, which helped me relax too. We had a laugh about being organised and neat. I was really thankful for her time.
