Seven years ago, I applied in person, which was a good way to make a strong first impression. After I filled out the application, the manager on duty got it and came out to talk to me after a few minutes. We spoke for about 30 minutes, and he asked me about my previous work experience and what I expected from the job. He also let me ask some questions. Afterwards, he said he'd call me the next afternoon to let me know if I got the job because he wanted the other managers to have a chance to look at the applications too. The next morning, he called and asked me to come in to complete the paperwork, and he gave me my training schedule.

Submitted an online application which was pretty standard for this kind of job. Got a call the very next day, but no message was left, so I wouldn't have known about it if I hadn't checked who called. The interview was scheduled with really short notice, just an hour before it started. The whole thing wrapped up in about 10 minutes.

I sent in an application online and then got a call the very next day to come in for an interview. The person who called was really nice and the interview was super chill and easy. They asked me to come back the next day to interview with the General Manager for the final decision. I went back the next day and the GM was also really nice. They offered me the job right then and there and that night, they sent me the link to my paperwork. I did it right away and orientation was scheduled for the very next day. So from when I applied to when I started orienting was only 3 days total.
