Everyone who interviewed me was friendly and professional. The interview was over Zoom with the camera on, then in person. It lasted for about 30 minutes minimum, then one hour in person.

First, they screened my application to weed out people who didn't fit and see if I met the basic job needs. This part involved looking at my resume and cover letter, and maybe a quick phone or video chat. Then I had my first interview, probably with the hiring manager. This was to check my skills, experience, and if I'd be a good fit. It was one-on-one, could have been in person, online, or over the phone. They asked about my past jobs, what I know, and if I understood the company and the role. After that, I had a second interview, which seemed to involve a few different people. The goal here was to dig more into my skills, see if I'd fit the company vibe, and maybe do some technical or behavioral stuff. This could have been several chats with different team members, like managers or future coworkers. They might have asked about specific times I did things, how I solve problems, or my leadership style.

it was a quick and easy interview, less than 20 minutes. they asked about my interest in human resources and what experience I have that can apply to the position. they're usually looking for interns who can extend beyond their work designated timeline and can go part-time during school.

Got a call from the recruiting specialist 3 months after sending in my resume and cover letter. Then had a 45 min standard screening phone interview, and got scheduled for an interview 6 weeks later. The 3 hr. interview was a group interview with the Recruiting Specialist, 2 Sr. Project Managers and a Program Manager who stopped in for a half an hour. It was a bit strange not meeting the direct supervisor for the job during the hiring process.
