The interview process was pretty straightforward. About 3-4 weeks after I sent in my resume and cover letter via my college career site, they called me to schedule an in-person interview. I met with three interviewers in one conference room. They asked me questions about things on my resume, like my coursework and technical experience. They also asked about my availability for commuting and my weekly schedule, and then offered me the job less than a day after the interview.

So, basically, I had this one interview, and they hit me with the standard questions about managing projects, what I'm good at, what I'm not so good at, and just generally about stuff I've done before. After that, maybe a week or two after chatting with my future boss, they gave me the offer.
