The interview was thoughtful and thorough. I was asked scenario-based questions and got a tour of the place. It seems like a great place to work, and everyone I met was very nice.

They made me wait for an hour, it was quite unorganized. They did not even put any effort to speak with me. Had the head teacher speak with me the whole time. The district manager briefly talked about their mission and programs they offer in NY Kids Club. Afterwards they made me read a book to the children while they were waiting on line to the bathroom. Since everyone did not seem to focus, finally suggested to read while they eat their snack- which did not really help. The manager did not even bother to evaluate me or give me feedback after I read the book. The manager was only there less than a minute. They need to improve on time management and providing feedback.

The interview process was great. It started with a phone call where I spoke with a talent director. Then, I met with district managers. After that, I was invited back to meet with my center director and my education director. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I was sold on the role after that first phone call.
