The interview process was quick and direct, without any coding involved, focusing solely on theoretical knowledge. The first interview was conducted online in Spanish, and the second was in English online with an interviewer from abroad. Both interviews felt somewhat casual, and I didn't sense a lot of pressure from the interviewers.

I had an online interview with the hiring manager. It was a 1-hour interview. About 80% of the interview was behavioural questions and 20% was technical questions. The interview included an introduction, an explanation of the job scope, and questions about why I want to join nxp. They also asked about the most challenging task in my previous job.

So the interview process started with a phone call from HR, then I had another phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview where I met with the manager again and some other people from the team. They actually gave me an offer right after the panel interview, which was quicker than I expected.
