I hit apply and then they sent over an email for a video interview over Teams. It felt kinda meh during the interview, you know? They asked some okay questions though. It started with basic behavioral stuff, then went into technical questions that weren't even on my resume, but were in my field of study. Honestly, I wish they were a bit more cheerful, it would’ve made me feel more chill. I can’t tell if I did well or not, still waiting to hear back.

The interview process was fine. The questions were basic and made me feel as though I was completing a quiz. I went through the whole process only to receive an offer of 55k. I have industry experience, a masters degree, and I'm making double that. Make sure to set salary expectations up front.

I had an interview at NV5 Geospatial. First, I got a phone call interview from the main office in the USA. After that, I proceeded to the panel interview. The interview process was pretty straightforward. The interviewer was professional, yet really friendly. The questions asked were direct and to the point. I received feedback about my interview within a week. Overall, it was a good experience.

The entire process wrapped up in about two weeks. I first chatted with the recruiter, and then two days later, I spoke with the hiring manager on a Friday. My last interview was the following Wednesday, and they extended an offer that same day with a start date for the next Monday. I mentioned I had something already planned for that week, so I'd need to delay my start. During that week, a family emergency came up, and I had to push my start date back further. They took a whole day to get back to me, and then asked me to withdraw my offer so they could resubmit it with the new start date, only to end up rescinding it because of my scheduling problems. It really stung because everyone seemed great and I was super keen to join, but unforeseen circumstances came up, and they weren't flexible.
