The process took about three months with several 30-minute phone and virtual interviews. Every round covered similar questions. They appeared to be searching for a very specific experience. There were several weeks between communications. The interviews felt rushed. I learned they hired someone internal from another contact.

I applied online and then a recruiter reached out. The recruiter knew a lot about the role, what was expected, and the company culture. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager, who then arranged more interviews with some key leaders in different departments. The whole process was easy, communication was quick, and every conversation I had left me feeling good about NuVasive and their company culture.

Got contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen within a few weeks after applying. Then, I quickly moved on to a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next step was an onsite interview, and after that, I got an offer. The whole process was super fast compared to other places I've interviewed; they usually take weeks to get back to you. The onsite was a full day, but it felt like they genuinely wanted to see if I was a good fit for the job, not just to wear me out. Overall, it was a really good experience.
