Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

It was a terrible and drawn-out process due to incompetent HR. I had to constantly chase them for scheduling and next steps. After two months and the in-person interview, HR essentially told me I wasn't a good fit, and my salary expectations were too high, suggesting a PM role elsewhere. I felt strung along for two months with false promises. The actual process involved an HR phone screen, a hiring manager phone screen, a digital design challenge (which took about 10 hours), and finally an in-person interview with my potential teammates before a decision was made.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Other

I liked the interview process, especially the design challenge. I made it to the final round with one-on-one interviews. The sequence was HR, Engineering Manager (30 mins), a design challenge, and a final one-on-one with senior company members, including the director. I interviewed with everyone except the director. After the HR told me I'd meet the director the following week, another week passed, then another. I was told he was busy, and eventually, I got a rejection email with no explanation. I was scheduled to meet the director. They didn't bother to explain anything even after my three follow-up emails. It was a terrible experience. I can't express how I feel. It's unprofessional, especially when a director is involved.

Behavioral Technical

The interview experience was good, and the people were very nice. I spoke with HR, and they asked some basic questions. Then, I had a technical interview where they asked me about my SolidWorks experience and the tools I knew how to use. It was about a 30-minute interview, and they also asked some behavioral questions like what my weaknesses are and my best quality. Unfortunately, they decided to move forward with other candidates.
