So, first you apply online with your resume and cover letter. Then, the recruiters check if you're qualified. If you pass that, you'll likely have a phone or video call with a recruiter to talk about your background, experience, why you want to work at Nutrien, and if you'd fit in. After that, there might be one or more interviews, either online or in person. These could be with the hiring manager and team, and they'll ask about your technical skills, how you solve problems, and how you work in a team. They'll also ask behavioral questions like when you solved a tough problem, juggled different tasks, or convinced someone to do something. For some jobs, you might also have to do extra technical tests, case studies, or practical exercises. The last interview might be with higher-ups to see your skills, experience, if you're a good fit for the team, and your future potential. If you make it through, you'll get an offer, and they'll probably do a background or reference check before you start. The whole thing usually takes about one to two weeks, maybe more. Remember to use the STAR method for the behavioral questions!

The interview was a very positive experience, everything flowed naturally and without pressure. I felt respected and welcomed from start to finish, which allowed me to express myself calmly and safely, making the process pleasant and constructive.

Had one phone interview with a recruiter which was a bit more in-depth than I thought it would be. Then there was a Microsoft Teams interview with the Manager and Supervisor (senior accountant). The process is pretty similar for most candidates. It really just depends on the team you're interviewing with for how it goes. My team was really nice and it gave me a good chance to know them. Other managers might grill you more.
