I had a really great experience interviewing here. It was all super organized and clear from the start. The recruiter was amazing, so supportive and communicative. It was a very thorough, yet relaxed interview process. I believe there were 3 stages. First, a telephone interview to check my interest. Second, a presentation to a country and an EMEA representative. This was also relaxed, but involved questioning and they seemed genuinely interested in my ideas and me. They answered all my questions. Third stage, even more relaxed, I felt this was to check my personality and if I'd be a good fit, and also to check my compatibility for the role.

Got a call from the recruiter, then spoke with the sales leader, and then they had me come in for a face-to-face. The interview with the sales leaders was full of questions about my age. They really drilled down on the inexperienced culture (age) and my obvious experience (old) in the industry.
