The interview process at Nutanix was super smooth, and everything was really well organized and clear from start to finish. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The questions were fair and gave me a great chance to share my skills and experiences. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I left feeling great about the company.

I had the initially planned three conversations and even an additional conversation for a position as a SDR, for which I would have to relocate to Barcelona. It was though but I received very positive feedback I think. But I didn't receive a final decision as promised to me. It seems to me I simply got forgotten. A simple yes or no is nothing too much to ask. Especially after all the effort one those put in to this many interview steps.

The interview process and the employees of Nutanix were great, very kind and professional, and the interviews were well structured. It was the first time a company has handled such a great interview process so accurately. It started with the Talent Recruiter who clearly explained the job descriptions, then I spoke to the Hiring Manager and also met some on-site employees. I think it's smart to have several stakeholders check new employees. The questions asked were understandable, and the background check was smooth. I also got to speak with a future colleague and ask them questions about the company and the job requirements.
