So I interviewed for this SLED Account Manager gig at Nutanix and it was pretty sweet, 5 stars! The whole thing was laid out real nice and moved fast. It went like this: First, a 30-min chat with the recruiter about my background, my public sector sales chops, and if I fit with Nutanix. The recruiter knew their stuff and gave me the lowdown on the company vibe. Then, the hiring manager wanted to get real deep into my sales game, how I manage accounts, and how I roll with big SLED deals. They asked some really good questions about building pipelines, making connections, and why Nutanix is a winner in the public sector. Next up was the panel interview with sales leaders, which was tough but also super interesting. I had to pitch a whole territory plan and show I knew Nutanix's products, how they stack up against the competition, and how I'd get them used in the SLED market. Finally, I had a one-on-one with a top exec to talk about the company's future, growth plans, and if I'd be a good fit culture-wise. It was more of a chill talk about leadership stuff.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process is smooth, but HR and the Hiring Manager inquire about your current CTC, mentioning it's a bit high. If you pass the technical round, they'll inform you that they didn't get approval and can't hire you. Why not get approval before starting with a candidate and wasting their time and effort?
