The interview process was very nice and they kept in touch at every point. HR was good about letting me know what to expect.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It was a super long, multi-step interview process that finished with a case study and a presentation. Honestly, this is the kind of process that everyone complains about online. You first have to get through an initial screening, then you take a cognitive and personality test. I passed that, but when I asked to see my results, they said no. After that, there was another interview with the recruiter, then one with a manager, followed by another interview with a different manager. Then came the case study, and finally, a 6-7 person panel interview where I had to present. It was really draining. Getting an offer would feel amazing, but not getting one after all that makes you feel like you were used. I made it to the very end and got rejected the next day. The whole thing took way too long, and I get why people complain on social media – you shouldn't have to go through all this just to prove yourself, your resume and interviews should be enough. What really bugs me is how they can screen so many people and then just toss my profile aside so easily. I guess not everyone passes the initial tests, fewer pass the interviews, and so on. By the end, the candidates left should be so good that they'd be kept in mind for future openings or at least passed to other teams. Maybe I wasn't right for this specific job, but they have other openings I could be a good fit for. They just get rid of you like you're disposable, which says something about their culture. Their HR process is flawed if they spend this much time and don't end up with a useful talent pool for the future. It's a good learning experience if you've never done a case study, but I don't think it's worth it.

Behavioral Presentation

It started with an initial screening which went well. Then the process got really drawn out. I had to do an online test while being recorded, followed by a mock presentation. After completing the test, the recruiter emailed saying she enjoyed our chat but the hiring manager didn't think I was a good fit. I really wish they had this talk before making people waste time preparing and doing silly tests. They even suggested I keep checking for future openings and try again, lol. Now I'm considering whether to become a client by purchasing their services, how ironic.
