I sent my resume in on the company website, and after they thought it was good, I got asked to do a test. Once I passed that, I got to interview with the people who were hiring.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

Total 3 rounds of interview. First interview with HR - tell me about yourself. Why this company and question related your work. Then there was an IQ test. Quantitative and behavioral test. Then interview with Hiring Manager, again tell me about yourself? Behavioral questions. What you do besides work? Very good interview. Then there was an intensive case study, you have to create 3 slide deck and present in front 7-9 panelist. And then they ask questions about case study. This interview last for 40-45 mins. Questions on each slides.

Technical Behavioral Case Presentation

It started with an online test that had easy SAT-like math questions, and you had to submit a recorded video of yourself taking it, plus a personality test. Then there was a phone call with the recruiter, followed by a phone call with the manager. After that, a take-home case study was given, and finally, a case study presentation in front of the team. I don't know why small companies always have these steps that are too long and unnecessary.
