Behavioral Technical

This was a really tough interview process for a low-paying job. First, I had two interviewers, one nice and one really unpleasant, who was silent most of the time and made faces. She only spoke up to sternly say there's no guarantee of a raise even after a year. I got past the first two rounds, but didn't get the job. Ended up finding something better with better pay, so I'm glad I didn't end up there. They make you jump through a lot of hoops to seem like a good company. Sour Face's attitude was a warning sign of how they treat employees - expect to be glared at and scoffed at for no reason and no pay increase. Thanks for the warning to run away.

The process was smooth, and all the team members were cooperative and supportive. It started with a technical assessment that included aptitude and coding questions. This was followed by a technical interview, and then a final HR combined with a technical interview. Each round was an elimination round, and the difficulty level was average given the types of questions asked. The whole team was very supportive and communicated well.
