I had to fly out for the interview, but then had to wait for my reimbursement. They weren't very clear about what the interview process would be like or what their standards were. It was a pretty bad experience overall and kind of discouraging.

The interview process was a serious process to under take, involving an hour of assessments, 2 panel interviews, and 1 on 1 sessions to follow, the first round was pretty friendly, the questions seemed fair, however the second round was much more in depth, a new member to the panel pressed me on a question, and at one point the interview felt kind of heated, and I wanted to leave. I’ve never had an experience like this at an interview, and I believe it was intentional. I decided after that I was no longer interested in the position. They agreed, and I received a notification via email I was not selected for the position. I was never informed of a pay rate.

First, I had a phone interview where they asked some general questions about the job and the company. Then, I went in for an in-person interview with a panel of five people. After that, I had to take a personality test and a skill test to see how much I knew about the field.
