Second interview: After the first in-person one, meetings get more in-depth to check out a few candidates and see who's really in contention. Sometimes it's with the same interviewer, other times it's a full day with multiple people like execs, staff, and supervisors.

It was a 4 step process. First, a behavioral interview. Second, an online coding test on Testdome, covering html/css, javascript, c#, and SQL. Third, a managerial/HR interview with the Controller. Fourth, a panel interview with 5 colleagues where we discussed the software development lifecycle and technical topics. After the offer, there was a background check including a physical, urine drug screen, hair sample test, and hearing and eye exam.
