The application process was lengthy and took a lot of time. First, I submitted my application. Then, I had to wait for at least a month before I could proceed. After that, I was asked to complete an assessment. Finally, there were in-person interviews where I met with two or three panels, each consisting of three people. It felt like this whole process could have been completed in a single day rather than being stretched out over several months.
