It was a bigger task than I expected, with 5 interviewers in a panel. But the questions were mostly simple and behavioral, and they asked follow-up questions to check my experience. I had a good time, and they seemed nice.

I went to a career fair and met them, then got interviewed about a week later over the phone. The recruiters were nice enough, but it was a bit intimidating having everyone on the call at once during the interview.

Interview for electrical engineering intern position. Three electrical engineers interviewed me. The interview lasted about an hour. It was partly based on my resume and partly stock questions. The environment was mostly relaxed. They asked a few simple EE questions related to my coursework and a brain teaser. There was a mix of behavioral, work experience, and technical questions. They were mainly looking for a fit between the applicant and the company environment. The engineers there clearly have many roles and gain broad experiences. The interviewers were clearly very happy with Nucor's willingness to invest in employee training and the work environment. Very results-focused.
