I applied in December and had my first phone interview before Christmas. A second phone interview happened a few weeks later, followed by an all-day interview in Brigham City. The phone interviews were standard, but the all-day one was quite different. It started with an engineering skills test, a personality test, and a basic math test. Then, I had a panel interview with four engineers. We also toured the office and shop, had a paid lunch, and I had a final interview with the engineering manager in the afternoon. It was a long day. It was a bit odd that another candidate for the same role was present for the entire process. It wasn't what I expected.

This interview process is long and drawn out. You need to get positive feedback from everyone who interviews you, as any negative feedback will disqualify you. For supervisor positions and above, there's a personality profile included, which adds to the overall length. The location is about an hour from the airport. Be prepared for multiple interviewers to ask similar questions in different ways during various panel interviews. Dress code is business casual; dressing up too formally won't impress them. If there's a plant tour, be aware that it can be quite dirty.
