Project Manager
Standard process - initial recruiter phone screen, followed by a team member phone screen, then in-person 3 person panel interview. Interview follow-up was abysmal...never b4 treated this disrespectfully. Was told by the recruiter I would hear something back on the Monday following the interview. It's now been three weeks and no information pro or con...I sent a couple of e-mails asking for a status, and also left a voice mail asking for a status.
- Tell me about your typical software and project experience.
- Can you elaborate on your specific project work?
- What's your experience with PMO-type questions?
Principal Project Manager
Started with a written assessment, then had 2 rounds of in-person interviews with experts, one focusing on PM and process, the other on scrum. Finally, there was a US round.
- Could you tell me about your project management approach and processes?
- Can you describe your experience with the scrum process?
Project Manager
My interview was set up by a recruiter. I went in for a half-day session and spoke with four different people. The interviews weren't too tough and didn't feel very organized. A lot of the interviewers asked me the same questions. Nobody really dug deep into my background or what I know.
- Can you work off-hours, including late nights and weekends?
